"DOOR ELKAAR" - Iris van der Ende graduated as a harpist and brings together in her Final Exam; the harp, her discovered interest in composition and her background as a theater maker.
Musicians are characters who express themselves expressively in gesture, posture and sound. Together with pianist Dior de Blois and flutist Maaike Nugteren, Iris creates an amalgamation of music and movement.
We see ourselves as independent, the autonomous human being. You have your own thoughts, your own course through the day. But sometimes the feeling creeps up, that maybe the distinction between you and me is less clear, more blurred. We are susceptible to those around us, fluid and impressionable.
Do we lose the thread because of that?
